Our Leadership Skills Development Programme has been inspired from trusted models of executive education in reputed international institutions. It is organised in a way that it causes minimum interruption in the day-to-day operations of organisations while enabling participants time to reflect on what they have learned and take action after each seminar.

This ten-day development programme over a 10-month period will assist aspiring leaders in acquiring the core soft skills to become the best leader that they can be.

10-day programme running from 15 March 2018 to 20 December 2018

This programme provides leadership training in the skills required to manage oneself and other people, and demonstrates how excellent leadership transforms organisations.

Our programme responds to the increasing needs of organisations to address major challenges facing the leaders of today who seek to shape organisations of tomorrow. New models of leadership are emerging to address these challenges, and these developments require a different approach to thinking about effective leadership. There is also an increasing demand for ethical and engaging leadership that enhances the performance and well-being of employees, as well as the performance of the organisation.

Course Fee

The course fee will includes course materials, lunches, tea-breaks and networking opportunities. Participants will be awarded a certificate of completion at the end of each seminar.
